Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product appearance may vary. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India via our logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Bereiken Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full details on timelines and the return process. The following criteria determine eligibility:
We will replace at no cost if:
- Glass jar is broken in transit and shards have contacted the product.
- Product has melted, liquefied, or clumped solid due to heat or moisture damage during shipping.
- Tamper-evident seal is broken or missing on delivery.
- Wrong product or flavour was delivered.
- Product delivered past its expiry date.
- Foreign matter is found inside the jar.
- Package is severely crushed rendering the product unusable.
We do not replace or refund for:
- Cosmetic packaging damage — faded labels, minor lid dents, surface scuffs, or scratches that do not affect the product inside.
- Slight colour or texture variation in the coffee, which is a natural result of the roasting and blending process.
- Packaging appearance that differs from website imagery due to batch or print variation.
- Change of mind or taste preference after the product has been opened.
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before approving any replacement or refund claim.

Bereiken Coffee products contain caffeine. Individuals who are pregnant, nursing, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or are sensitive to caffeine should consult a medical professional before consumption. Bereiken Coffee and Vagadia Tea Packers are not liable for any adverse health reactions, allergic responses, or medical conditions arising from the consumption of our products. Please read all product labels carefully before use.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Bereiken name, logo, product images, copy, and design — is the property of Vagadia Tea Packers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content to our site, you grant Vagadia Tea Packers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for any business purpose. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Submitted content is not confidential.

Force Majeure
Bereiken Coffee and Vagadia Tea Packers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, internet outages, or failure of third-party logistics providers.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bereiken Coffee and Vagadia Tea Packers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surendranagar, Gujarat, India.
