How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order. Delivery takes 3–5 business days across India via our Shiprocket partners.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free delivery on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹99 shipping fee.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We're working on international shipping and will announce when it's available.

Is Bereiken real coffee or instant mix?
100% real Arabica coffee. No chicory, no fillers, no artificial flavours. Just coffee, freeze-dried at peak aroma.
How should I store Bereiken coffee?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the lid tightly sealed. Best consumed within 3 months of opening.
What sizes are available?
Currently available in 100g, 250g, and 500g jars. Larger sizes offer better per-gram value.
Are the flavoured variants natural?
Yes. Our Caramel, Hazelnut, Mocha, and Vanilla variants use natural flavour extracts, not artificial syrups.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original condition. For damaged or defective products, we'll replace at no cost.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Brewing
How much coffee should I use per cup?
We recommend 1.5–2 teaspoons (3–4g) per 150ml of water. Adjust to taste — more for a stronger cup.
Can I use Bereiken for cold brew?
Absolutely. Dissolve in a small amount of hot water first, then add cold water or pour over ice. Our Classic and Mocha work best for cold brew.
Can I make espresso-style coffee?
Yes. Use 3 teaspoons in 60ml of hot water for a concentrated espresso-style shot. Add steamed milk for a latte.
