We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal profile data is removed within 30 days. Order and transaction data is retained for 7 years or as required by applicable Indian law (including GST and income tax record-keeping obligations), whichever is longer. You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations); withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; and lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer. We take the security of your data seriously. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). All web traffic is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption, and our SSL/TLS certificates are managed through AWS Certificate Manager. Where we use Amazon S3 for file and asset storage, server-side encryption is enabled by default using AWS Key Management Service (KMS), ensuring stored data is encrypted at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our site is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
